In order to return merchandise, an RA number must be obtained from our customer service department.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days since delivery. All merchandise must be in its original packaging, has not been damaged or used. Skincare, Hair care, and cosmetics are all final sale and may not be returned. A refund will be issued for the total sum of the item purchased only, shipping costs or gift wrapping fee will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.
In any event when an order was shipped free of shipping charge, shipping fee will be applied and deducted from the refund given.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned without an RA number
Merchandise is returned after 14 days
Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturer condition
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
In order for us to process your return please make sure to include the following information. (If the following information is NOT included we will not be able to process your return.)

2. Full name and address
3. Phone number
4. E-mail address
5. Packing slip
6. Reason for your return
Please contact our customer service department immidately Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued excluding any shipping charges.
If your package is returned to ScentOfAroma.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
In any event a pakage was lost, please make sure to notify us within 10 days from the purchase date.
All returns must be shipped back to ScentOfAroma.com using a trackball courier such as UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation.
Any package that has not been received by ScentOfAroma.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
